there is a great variety of noodle dishes in the world.

Among them, Korean noodles have not been very well-known in many countries. Korean noodle dishes basically consist of noodles and soup or sauces with little or no garnish. With such simple ingredients,  they used to be recognized as an easy and light meal which are not necessarily the most appetizing looking as well.

We were born from a desire to introduce Korean noodles to the world and to contribute to the globalization of Korean food, Hansik.
