Aldrino’s Bibingka Espesyal Mania’s fast growing and becoming a byword in modern bibingka production. The venture started just as a simple response to a trend of a seasonal “bibingka” which is usually offered in the mid or November until the end of December. But this small idea has attracted more and more Filipinos who are fond of eating this sweet staple even in and out of season, perfectly done with the combination or hot concoctions such as hot chocolate and brewed coffee, or simply, in can beverages.
Due to the growing demand of rice cakes specialties in the area, husband and wife team of young entrepreneurs Alex and Miriam Ragas came up with the unique concept or bibingka to be available for the whole year round, hence, the birth of Aldrino’s Bibingka Espesyal. Aldrino’s have its name, derived from the couple’s eldest son -Aldrin, who also has a growing passion for food.
