eh ‘di balls! is a food cart business established in 2010 by business partners TJ Javier and Ron Sta. Ana. TJ and Ron, who have been friends since their high school days, have long since desired to put up an F&B establishment that would serve simple and appealing food items to the avid food lover, with an interesting and catchy theme as the business’s back drop.The name eh ‘di balls! — a play on the English word “edibles” — demonstrates this concept, being a catchy, and whimsical trade name.
eh `di balls! ‘s offerings revolve around familiar and favorite street foods, or “balls”. From the Japanese delicacy of Takoyaki balls, to the Filipino favorites Squid Balls, Fish balls, Chicken balls, and even Meat balls. All our products are served with special home-made and authentic sauces, giving them a distinct and savory taste that can only be found in an eh `di balls! cart.
