Salad Boutique concept begins late 2008 when the idea of Creating a Salad Restaurant in Kuwait came from Mohammed Qabazard a young Kuwaiti Entrepreneur and Food Lover expert who started to share his great idea and building a team from different well-experienced partners namely Ghadeer Khajah, Social Marketing expert and Laila Al Khandarey, Strategic Planning expert. 

His partners love the great idea he proposed. They joined together and enriching the discussion with the restaurant brainstorming ideas regarding the Brand Name and Concept 

Everything was put in a plan and with his great experience in the food business, he started finding the great possible location and hiring professional Chef who will execute the Menu Concept with all flavours and textures. Each recipe was well prepared distinctively from personal experiences, travels and international world of taste and fine ingredients.

Finally Salad Boutique Brand Name and Concept was created specializing in "Serving Salad as a Main Course" , opened its door in the 2nd quarter of 2009.
