NYC.PIE™ is a Boutique Gourmet Pizzeria in New Delhi and Gurgaon. In already one year of operations, NYC.PIE has crossed over One Crore in sales from both locations. 

The brand is spearheaded by Raj Rao, who has over 30 years of International Hospitality experience having worked with Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons group of hotels.

Raj came back to India in 2002 to head Food & Beverage at The Oberoi New Delhi where he launched threesixty, the award winning cutting edge restaurant that broke all revenue records in India. 

Raj was also shortlisted as #8 out of an original pool of 275 to be the Director of F&B for the White House under the Clinton administration. He also created Fat Lulu's Pizzeria.
