KYOZON is a large-scale mid-market exciting New-Asian wet-led dining option offering an exciting bar, Kaiten belt with New-Asian tapas and sushi, communal dining area, sunken-in dining tables and an array of exciting spaces and dining options. In short, KYOZON is a complete experience that draws on the more exciting points of asian concepts.
The concept is wet-led with a significant food offering principally around sharing plates to secure the right market positioning and to achieve the desired trading levels. The focus is on affordability, value for money and simplicity. The core volume driver of the concept is the kaiten belt sushi and New-Asian Tapas.
The mood will be set in the evenings by a resident DJ who will entertain and captivate guests until the early morning hours, keeping the vibe constant and urging for a bustling, vibrant bar atmosphere.
KITCHEN :
The menus are broad, contemporary and with a strong focus on Japan and influence from other Asian countries. The kaiten belt area features a 'hot' menu in addition to the sushi and New-Asian tapas selection that appears on the belt. Tables not connected to the belt have the same full selection. The restaurant menu features small and large sharing plates as well as more elaborate Asian culinary inspirations.
The focus is on simplicity and authenticity. Dishes are light, crisp and flavorful, served and shared (or not) at individual or communal tables on the ground floor. The gallery sushi kitchen specializes in sushi, sashimi, and nigiri options and is there to keep the conveyor belt fresh and appetizing.
BAR :
The beverage program revolves around a progressive list of sakes, Japanese whiskies, Asian beers, Champagnes, sparkling wines, white and red wines, and an ever-changing, but approachable selection of seasonal cocktails. Celebrating the cultures of Asia and the diversity of the flavors hailing from the continent, the bar will offer an eclectic, funky and contemporary cocktail and drink list that will reflect the current trends. The focus is on affordability and authenticity; cocktails are light and refreshing, classics and creations will co-exist to offer an appealing and youthful 'non-fuss' list. A progressive list of sakes will be offered to diners and drinkers alike, and staff will be given a full experts' training on the tastes and the rituals of the sake experience.
