We charge an initial Franchise fee upon your signing the Franchise Agreement in the amount of P 100,000 to P 300,000 depending on the area. The term of the franchise agreement is for 5 years, renewable for another 5 years without renewal fee.

You have to invest in a prestigious office, which has to be at least 50 square meter for Franchises of Category A, 35 square meter for Franchises of Category B and at least 24 square meter for Franchisee of Category C, and furnish the same with Computers, meeting room, etc.
