Bryan's Passion and expertise in this industry made his name known for developing successful homegrown brands in the casual segment. In fact, subsequent to Teriyaki Boy, he started his own food empire that offers different culinary destinations to Filipinos from Asian to Continental flavors.
Creator and founder of Teriyaki Boy Japanese restaurant, he opened his very first store in San Juan, Greenhills in 2001. Not long after, he opened his second store in Tomas Morato in 2002. In less than 5 years, Teriyaki Boy grew to 10 branches in Metro Manila alone in 2005. Due to the restaurant's rapid growth, he gained Pancake House's interest. This opened partnership between them in the very same year. Through this, Teriyaki Boy was able to expand to 50 stores.
