Why named Gajah Mada ?, because it’s located firstly in Gajah Mada street – ex Moolenvliet (in 1940). At that time Gajah Mada just a Simple Noodle Stall with customers capacity just around 30 people. Because the good and delicious taste, Bakmi Gajah mada always crowded with customers. Bakmi GM secret is, because the noodle ingredients was made manually by hand, not by industrial machine, with chosen flour and recipe.

They have many special menu such as Bakmi Pangsit Goreng (fried wonton noodle). Besides wonton noodle, it has meatball noodle, chicken noodle, and special GM noodle. In case you are not into noodles, it also serves fried rice. You can’t go wrong here: the noodle, the deep-fried wonton, the fried rice are all remarkable.
