The JJ's concept is make customers feel welcomed into the world of fresh, tasty and nutritional foods and drinks. This means a very visible service counter to display all the fresh fruits and vegetables so as to enhance the concept of freshness.
Assistance will be provided for outlet design where our interior designer will create the basic design and layout. Other detailed designs (based on country's regulations) are up to the franchisee but we will help to analyse the details until everything is finalized.
As for sit location the franchisee selects the site which he or she deems most suitable. We will advise on the locations of the current JJ's outlets to avoid competitiveness arising from too many outlets within the same location.
All the training in Malaysia will be provided for any number of personnel you require. Training commences before the operation of each JJ's outlet and anytime the franchisee would like to send their staff for further training. There will be no fees charged for the training, only expenses incurred by your staff. We believe in optimum involvement in this critical area in order to enhance the franchise business.
In regards to expansion & co-branding we would always be looking for ways to help you boost your business depending on your location. For instance, if your location is in a high-traffic or up-market area, we would recommend a larger site with seating available while a high-traffic area in a less chic area would be more suitable with a take-away juice bar.
JJ's is also co-branding Oliver's Super Sandwiches to expand the market or create new ones. As the two brands are complementary, the joint partnership will benefit with more customers and lesser operational costs.
