We are established as a sole proprietor known as Cheong Seng in year 1986 with core of business in the running of concessionaire in watch and clock at leading supermarkets and departmental stores. The company’s name was later changed to CS Watch & Clock Chain Sdn Bhd in year 1991 to reflect the growing chain business of watch and clock.
In year 1993, majority control of CS Watch & Clock Chain Sdn Bhd is now in the hand of shareholders who also control listed companies such as Jasa Kita Berhad, Keladi Maju Berhad, Malaysia Aica Berhad and Goh Ban Huat Berhad.
There were an injection of capital and a new team of professional personnel, business strategies and plans with a focused direction in year 1994. To reflect the nature of business and professionalism, our company name was changed to Time Galerie (M) Sdn Bhd.
