Kyros Kebab was formed in 1996 by a group of young entrepreneurs who shared a fondness for kebab. To share their interest with the rest of Malaysia, they came up with the idea of a kebab fast food chain.

With over 30 outlets all over Malaysia, Kyros Kebab has gained a strong foothold as it continues to spread the love for kebab nationwide.

Kyros Kebab offers a wide range of cuisine to suit local palates. The franchise’s specialty is none other than the kebab, which comes in four choices - chicken, beef, lamb and vegetarian.

The Kyros special sauce, with its sweet and tangy flavour, has effectively captured the hearts of thousands of customers and keeps them coming for more.

To offer a wider menu selection to its customers, the food chain has come up with a full course meal, from main dish to desserts with an interesting fusion of Western and Mediterranean style.

Kyros Kebab is a healthy fast food option for a fast food lover, as the meat is low in fat and cholesterol free, all thanks to the technology used in grilling the meat.

How does it work?
The process of franchising is simple.

Decide if you are interested in setting up a café, or a kiosk.

1. A café requires at least a minimum space of 1000 sq ft and the estimated investment is RM250,000.
   
   
2. A kiosk requires at least a minimum space of 250 sq ft and the estimated investment is RM150,000.
   

The franchise fee required.
The Kyros Kebab franchise fee is RM50,000 per individual outlet in Malaysia. 30% of this amount is payable upon signing the letter of intent and 70% is payable upon signing the franchise agreement.

The tenure of agreement.
The tenure is good for 8 years with a renewal option.
The ongoing fee required.

Royalty fee of 5% of the gross monthly turnover
A&P fee of 1% of the gross monthly turnover.
