Our green coffees, imported from around the world, are sample roasted and cupped by a team of expert tasters and are judged and selected to meet our exacting standards.
Next these premium coffees are drum roasted to order, at the hands of roasters trained in the art and science of roasting specialty coffee. A. We will introduce you to a qualified commercial real estate agent who will help you identify potential locations. The commercial real estate agent will provide tools for reviewing sites formulated on experience-based criteria, and provide consultation regarding the selection of potential sites. Typically, stores will operate out of leased premises in a variety of commercial developments, including but not limited to, neighborhood shopping centers and downtown areas.

A. The franchise fee is Thirty-six thousand ($36,000) dollars.
Q. WHAT IS THE TERM OF THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?
A. The term of the franchise agreement is ten (10) years.
