“Our passion for buffalo wings first began when we were first introduced to it while we were attending college abroad. Buffalo wings appeared in almost every bar and restaurant we frequented...and for a good reason. They were popular with everyone. The intensity in flavor was even more intense than the nam prik we were used to having back home in Thailand. The first place I had Buffalo Wings was from Pizza Hut believe it or not. Oyy had her first buffalo wing at Outback Steakhouse. This “Buffalo wing” was the spiciest and most intense flavored dish we both have ever had. We knew people back home in Thailand would appreciate this dish just like we have and we knew that we could make it to suit the taste of the people here better. We also knew we could make it affordable if we made everything in house from scratch.
