To assist with franchise operation and to provide a consistently uniform taste, HQ manufactures and delivers semi-processed frozen fried chicken. With the patented curing technology at a factory with HACCP certification, chickens are cured at 2°C for 72 hours. After that, it is fried with Yadllie's signature powder. As it is already cooked 70%, stores just need to unpack and cook it for four minutes.
The product is currently exported to Hong Kong, and we are planning to expand the exports. If exporting is not possible, we are planning to provide it at a local central kitchen. We will also target the B2B and B2C market.
