We are looking at expansions across Middle East & Africa and are seeking Franchisees on Area Development model for establishing VLCC wellness centers and given our experience of over 10 years in the region we are quite optimistic in the market for substantial returns upwards of 30%+ P.A and a foray into the preventive Healthcare sector in the country. Investors can have their investments back in 18-24 months and earn substantial returns.
Operational Support - VLCC Management will provide ongoing training and support in many areas critical to the success of the franchisee's business, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.
We are looking at the following candidates for Franchisees :
Entrepreneurs with access to Real Estate and investment capabilities of developing multiple centers on Area Development
Mid-sized corporates from the services industry or health care having access to quality real estate and investments for developing multiple VLCC Centers in the country of origin.
Investors with capabilities of providing finance and administrative support Vis a Vis government approvals & local compliances for establishing the centers on area development with access to real estate. VLCC can enter into a FOCO model for running the operations. (Subject to VLCC's approval of the Franchisee and agreement of operating terms and commercials)
Initial assistance provided by VLCC will include the following franchisee training programs:
Phase I - Training provided at a location designated by VLCC :
It is expected that VLCC Management will provide franchisees with approximately 10 to 14 days of initial training at VLCC headquarters or at a location designated by the VLCC Management, beginning approximately 4 to 6 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. Phase I instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training. This training will be provided for the franchisee and all staff is required to attend as primary level grading for the staff shall be assigned.
Phase II - Training provided at the franchisee's location:
On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations. Experienced trainers from VLCC will provide on-site training for a period of 2 weeks to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.
