The quality ingredients include local products like our Hartley Ranch Black Angus Beef raised in Stephenville, TX along with over 60 other products produced in Texas.

  • Texas Land & Cattle appeals to a wide demographic by offering a wide variety of made from scratch, upscale food & beverage menu items that include USDA High Choice steaks, authentic Tex Mex, fresh seafood and Texas style BBQ.
  • Our menu design allows for unique and flexible local ingredients to be used without having to import high cost proprietary products from the USA.
  • TXLC features Hartley Ranch 100% Angus steaks raised in Stephenville, TX. This high quality USDA beef is currently being imported into Dubai.
  • We do not require the franchise partner to import proprietary FF&E. We will work with local vendors to produce the right design and specification to produce the unique look of TXLC.

Training & Support

Our training resources range from all levels of the TXLC organization. When a franchise partner opens a new market experienced Texas Land & Cattle™ trainers come to help train TXLC General Managers, Managers and restaurant Team Members to ensure a successful restaurant opening. The learning doesn't stop once a new restaurant opens its doors. We provide dynamic in-person and online instruction to support ongoing skills development. Our teaching experts have developed a wide range of contemporary training tools that are technology based and interactive.
  • 6 weeks of initial management training in Dallas, TX USA
  • PC-based management & associate training programs
  • 2 week onsite pre-opening training
  • 1 week onsite post-opening training
  • On-going provision of management, operational, technical support and guidance through periodic onsite visits, telephone, electronic communication or video conferencing.
