We provide 7 weeks of initial training to restaurant managers/owners at no additional charge. A designated franchisee principal will participate in a distinct training program, 3 weeks with position training and 4 weeks of shift management training. Our initial training program is offered as needed during the year depending on the number of new franchisees entering the System, the number of other personnel needing training, and the scheduled opening of new franchises.
