The first Popbar location opened its doors in May 2010, in the heart of NY's trendy West Village. It operates from a 100 sqm premises out of which is produces and sells its distintcitve flavours and products.
Popbar quickly grabbed the attention of New Yorkers, building up a loyal following of locals and visitors wanting to indulge on gelato. Since then the brand has been inundanted with franchising requests and has now started its global expansion with its unique and differentiated concept.
