Initial training program - 5 to 6 weeks long and includes classroom training and on-the-job training at an Express Restaurant or Traditional Restaurant, whichever is applicable, and will cover material aspects of the operation of an Express Restaurant or Traditional Restaurant, whichever is applicable, including financial controls, general bookkeeping procedures, food preparation, service and operational techniques, familiarization with recipes and cooking procedures, marketing and advertising techniques, sanitation and maintenance procedures, deployment of labor, maintenance of quality standards, and an understanding of the Manual.
