Manchu WOK currently has 120+ stores throughout North America and the world. We are wholly owned by MTY Group based in Canada since 2014. MTY Group is among the foremost quick service companies in North America which operates and fully owns 32 food banners. We are today the largest Chinese QSR franchisor in the world.
Our stores feature a delicious assortment of Chinese fare, from Szechuan to Cantonese. We expertly utilize one the oldest and one of the best cooking elements in the world - the wok - to deliver fresh, delicious, Chinese food to our loyal customers. We pride ourselves on using the finest ingredients: the freshest vegetables and the highest quality proteins, grains, and noodles.
The beauty of the business model is that the high-quality food can be served very quickly in a busy setting. This allows maximum profitability for the store owners.
Currently we are targeting immediate growth in the Gulf Cooperation Council region along with Central and South America.
We offer extensive training. Part of the training will be conducted at our corporate headquarters in Toronto. This will feature classroom study as well as hands-on training at our patented “Manchu WOK University”. There will be additional training held with staff during the pre-opening and grand opening on-site at the store.
