Cole's Backyard Grill offers a limited menu of steaks, starters, sandwiches and custom crafted salads served in a fresh atmosphere with a culinary twist. Our menu features delicious, high-quality American fare including a made-to-order, fresh, Farm-to-Market Salad Bar. At Cole's, our guests will feel like they are enjoying a cookout or meal with family and friends with familiar foods they remember from their childhood. Should a franchisee determine to serve beer and wine, guests may enjoy beer and/or wine and wine-based beverages with their meal.
We provide 6 weeks of initial training to Grill Managers at no additional charge. A designated franchisee principal will participate in a distinct training program. Our initial training program is offered as needed during the year depending on the number of new franchisees entering the System, the number of other personnel needing training, and the scheduled opening of new Grills.
