Each of our eight clubs – located in Long Ping, Yuen Long, Lai Chi Kok, Kwun Tung, Quarry Bay, Tsuen Wan, Whampoa, Mongkok, Kowloon Bay and Suzhou, China - features some of the most advanced training equipment available in Asia, including Synrgy 360, PurMotion and Box Master.
