Premises : - Access to minimum 800 - 1000 sq ft (For Takeaway Cum Casual Dine Restaurant) of prime retail premises on the ground floor in a key retail market or shopping mall. Access to minimum 300-500 sq ft (For Take Away & Express Delivery) of prime retail premises on the In Retail Market / Local Shopping Complex..
Investment Capability : - Capability to invest Rs.20-25 lacs for Restaurants (exact investments would vary depending on the premises).
Capability to invest Rs.10-15 lacs for Express Model (exact investments would vary depending on the premises).
Experience - Prior service sector experience or franchisee experience in any sector would be a definite plus.
Franchise Partner’s Responsibilities
Identifying, securing & fitting out suitable premises as per our specifications.
Managing all upfront investments as well as all day-to-day expenses of running the outlet including food raw materials, salaries, rent, utilities, local promotions & miscellaneous.
Effective management of the outlet on a daily basis.
Ensuring highest level of food & service quality to customers.
Managing effective sales & promotion activities locally under the guidance of Spiceroot management.
