Training & Recruitment
As the only international spa management company in India, Serena Spa has established Serena Spa Institute in Mangalore where all personnel are trained before entering services. Today Serena Spa is the only Indian training institute with a Government of India accredited vocational training institute for Spa Therapists with a capacity of 160 students per year.
