Sanjay a toto part timer in his life has a wonderful academic back ground must be the most educated barber in the industry. he after completing his B.E in computer went to mumbai for his post graduations and did his masters in management studies from sydenham institute of management majoring in marketing & finance. he also has degree in law, masters in psychology in his credits.. he has been in teaching MBA students and corporate trainer for 13 years ... uses his skills in running an academy at harshansanjay's.
Harsha a fashion designer by her qualifications started her career with jasbir arora in pune after working with him . she worked with renowned personalities like vikram gaikwad,mukesh gupta etc... she decided to start with a one chair salon in her house in aurangabad....and now heads the chain of salons.
