The Company is headed by Mr. Jaisimha Jaithirth, an "edu-preneur", who has been instrumental in bringing a phase shift in the very manner in which Early Learning Programs have been seen in India. With a keen eye for innovative content development and business value creation, he has successfully built a healthy network of social entrepreneurs who have trained more than 15000 children in the Chrysaalis programs. 

Mr. Sudhindra Rao, who Directorially heads the Finance and HR departments, has served in various capacities at different branches of the Bank of Maharashtra. His tenure at Bank of Maharashtra has enriched his experience of working not only in urban but also rural areas adding to the understanding of a larger market segment in the country. 

Chrysaalis has a strategic tie up with M/s Universal Edulink, Malaysia (a company with its footprints in more than 50 countries across the world), for taking its early years program to all parts of the globe in the franchise mode.
