Funduz is the brainchild of an entrepreneur & a food enthusiast who loves to prepare & serve delectable food all across friends & family.

Hailing from Gujarat and frequently traveling to Maharashtra they witnessed the culture of eating out & trying different kind of cuisines as part of growing up. After staying in different cities across Rajasthan and now settled at Jaipur since last 14 years, they saw all kind of cuisines making way to Jaipur whether Chinese, Italian, south indian etc. but none from Maharshtra or Gujrat (their home state).

So came the idea to introduce Jaipurites & Rajasthanis to the Mumbaiya Vada Pav & that was how ‘Funduz’ was born!The idea was to take this ethnic regional food all over the country maintaining its yummy taste and creating variety by infusing contemporary flavors creating national / global markets for the humble VadaPav and this was like most successful fast food chains across the world that have innovated and invested in technology around a single product to suit regional or demographic needs.We take pride in our adaptability and innovation, keeping the delightful taste as focal point, the traditional Vada pav now has ‘more than VadaPav’ choices, options of Finger food and selection of other modernized quick food, like variety of scrumptious Burgers to suit the requirement of local taste-buds and customer expectations.Their passion for food & the will to expand this business has seen many outlets running successfully in a short period of time at various locations across the city.

Historically food belonged to a geographical area and had its own regional boundaries. With the passage of time and in today’s modern world the so called regional barriers have been broken, with diversity spreading across and taste buds expecting innovation and change, traditional foods has been garnished with today’s  spiced up contemporary & universally appealing outlook.

Toady South Indian food is equally relished in the North and other parts of the country as the north Indian Punjabi food across India and other parts of the world. Diversity has been bridged and when it comes to food choices Diversified India is now One India creating a unique bond and love for food.

The concept of VadaPav is no different which is breaking regional barriers and Funduz started with same thought of making the all time favorite Indian ethnic food into a standardized hygienic snack which is scrumptious in taste.
