Hugo’s Barbers, a 5-star grooming station for men, was first established in 2002 by Arch. Rodolfo S. Labos who felt and saw the need.
The shop is staffed by highly experienced barbers in their proper attire providing excellent service in a relaxing and exceptional ambiance. Some services include haircut, shave, scalp massage, body massage, ear cleaning, facial and many more, all of which are at reasonable price.
Today, the shop is thriving to expand their service to clients all over Metro Manila, the result of a constant desire to contribute to the growth and be a pacesetter in the industry and improve the quality and service to clients.
