The name ZEN ASIA came about from the name of the husband and wife team of OSWALD and PIA's daughter, ASIA. Their first venture was called ASIA BATH, which is into distribution of beauty and wellness products. During the early months of 2008, OSWALD and PIA decided to put up a massage business with a cozy little spa haven that can accept walk in clients and designed to be operational 24/7.
Indeed, it was a dream come true for the young couple. Business operations officially began on March of 2008 with only four therapists, one driver and PIA's younger sister, KIM, who helped a lot as an officer in charge during those times when the industrious couple was busy managing their advertising agency.
Now they have a total of 40 therapists, 5 operators, 5 drivers…and still growing. To date, 30 more therapists are undergoing training.
ZEN ASIA believes that the success of any business relies on how you take care and value your employees. This is why we value our staff so much. Aside from familiarizing them with the ancient art of spa treatment, we constantly send them off for training to keep them up to date with the latest techniques and wellness products.
They are awarded certificates of completion, which they can be proud of and use in the future.
ZEN ASIA also believes that for a spa company to thrive, we not only employ good therapists, we also upgrade our system of services from time to time. From the usual massages like Swedish, shiatsu and combo, we now also use new techniques like ventosa massage, the traditional aspects of Filipino hilot, and many more.Our products are high grade in terms of quality because we use a wide array of beauty and wellness products. Our oil varies from VCO to Light Pure grade mineral oil. All of which are scented with pure oil essences of eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, lavender, lemon and many more.
We also introduce the latest massage creams that are considered therapeutic in nature for both our young and elderly clients.
We also incorporated several body treatment services such as facial care, free body scrubs, hot stone massage, ear caressing and hair spa treatments. All are being offered in three branches.
