CHICKEN DELI, short for “chicken delicious,” was founded in 1983. It is a restaurant that serves flame grilled chicken or more popularly known as chicken inasal.
Chicken inasal (pecho/paa) is the specialty of the restaurant. It also serves other parts of the chicken that are flame grilled to perfection. Namely: Atay (liver), Baticolon (gizzard), Liog (neck), Isol (butt), and pakpak (wings). Other food items include pork barbecue, spareribs, porkchop, and hula-hula pork. New native specialties are constantly being dished up to cater to the revolutionary cravings of the Filipino people.
In the years 2003, 2007, 2010, Chicken Deli opened its second, third and fourth branches in Bacolod inside the Gaisano City Mall, SM City Mall, and Lopue’s East Mall respectively. The restaurant concept here is quite different as it adopted the fast food type of service.
With the company’s extensive experience in the food and service industry and its reputation for quality dining at reasonable prices, it seeks to continuously construct new branches outside of Bacolod to serve the people in other parts of the country.
