ELC Dimsum Frito Express is a single proprietorship business; owned and operated by Mr. Alfonso Lim, who has a solid food service background of more than 20 years . He pioneered the Hap Chan Tea House franchising arm. Also involved with the operations is his wife, Evelyn, who has more than 20 years experience in the food industry, specifically with the well know Chinese Specialty Store, DEC Food Plaza.

Currently they are co-owners of the Tasa Tsina Tea House in Mandaluyong City. They have acquired the service of Mr. Joseph Lopez, Operations Manager, who has seventeen years experience as Manager of Shakey’s and Gerry’s Grill. Together these three individuals form a formidable team to establish the best dimsum food cart in the Philippines!
