Chef Resty's Roast Beef Carving Station is an enterprise conceptualized and created primarily to address the ever-growing demand for quick-service, affordable but quality meals, to provide consumers a unique food concept that is not yet available in the market saturated with fast food fare. Resty S. Dizon, the brain behind the concept is a recognized caterer in the food industry, whose track record is backed by several years of experirnce and exposure in the culinary and hospitality business, came up with the idea of serving gourmet roast beef at an affordable price.
His passion for culinary innovation motivated Chef Resty's Roast Beef Carving Station to mobilize and initially establish its presence in November 2009, at the night markets around the commercial communities of Alabang's Soderno, Distrito Makati, BGC's Midnight Mercato Centrale in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Messa Norte in UP - Ayala Technohub Center, ABS - CBN Food Bazaar in Quezon Ave, Cucina Andare in Glorieta; and in Office Buildings in Ronac Art Center in Ortigas, Food Odyssee in LKG Tower, Food Galleon in Lepanto Bldg, Food Court in PB COM Tower in Markati and in Rustan Supermaket, Power Plant Mall in Rockwell.
Our product was overwhelmingly accepted and patronized by the consumers. Since then, the person behind the growing business of Chef Resty's Roast Beef Carving Station decided to step up its venture and expand nationwide.
