Future Culinary Arts and Services, Inc. is a school designed to meet the needs of aspiring chefs for their necessary knowledge and skills required by the Technical Vocational Education and Technology (TVET). It is a Culinary School that caters the Cavitenos specifically residing in Imus and near towns such as Bacoor and Dasmarinas. This culinary school is ran and operated by Chefs in their field of expertise. Various disciplines are lined up at very reasonable price.
Specifically, the school offer courses tike Regional and International Cuisine. Another good feature of this school is that aspirant cooks will have a real hands-on training and not just mere viewers and listeners. Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) also accredits this culinary school. It’s been operated since May 2003 and most of the clients are shipping line chef. The institution also helps in the livelihood project of the community (Imus, Cavite) that help and support TESDA to complement quality education.
Chef Larry Celeridad, owner and president of FCA, is an Executive Chef in a five star hotel abroad and been in the industry for 35 years. He is one of the Top Culinary Expert in the Philippines. He serves as an instructor in the school with the help of other competitive instructor in related fields. FCA at present is an assessment venue of TESDA for Cook, Baker, and Bartender.The school continues to share knowledge to aspiring students who want to learn and use that learning to have a better career.
