SouthEast Drug was first established in 2007 in Santiago, Isabela by a licensed Pharmacist and a marketing professional. Together they started a small drugstore to serve a few numbers if basic and fast-moving generic and branded medicines due to small capital they have in their hands. With the strong will power and perseverance to success, they continue to live to its mission on fulfilling its social responsibility by providing employment to deserving people, contributing to the growth of the economy and serving high quality and affordable medicines.
After six months of the same year, an outlet in Poblacion, Muntinlupa City was opened with a new business name, “Botica ni Nanay Juling”, named after one of the founder’s mother, with “kalinga ng tunay na ina.” as its caption that captivates the heart of its customers. Moreover, the drug retail business continues to widen its market and so as Southeast Pharmaceuticals, a medicines and supplies distribution outlet located in the prime area of Alabang, Muntinlupa City was built to level-up the services and help small drugstore starters within the metro and its nearby provinces. Todate, they are one of the leading distributors supplying all over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Sorsogon and Luzon.
As years pass by, the founders uses their wide network in pharmaceutical business, experiences in the industry and knowledge in doing the business by venturing into franchising. After five months of development, the first and the prototype of the franchise was launched in August 2013 as Southeast Drug, located at Soldiers Hill Village, Muntinlupa City, catering all class/levels of consumers with quality generic medicines, affordable branded medicines and general merchandise.
