Step 1 – Join an information session
Every week we host a live information session that will answer most of the preliminary questions that candidates have when first learning about our franchise opportunity. The information session is conducted over the telephone and typically lasts 60 minutes.
To reserve a spot on the next call, please contact us.
Step 2 – First Interview
This 45-60 minute telephone interview allows us to learn about you and to confirm there is a good fit. Should this conversation go well, we will start the process of due diligence.
Step 3 – Market Study
It’s important to understand the competitive landscape and market conditions in the territory you are interested in. In this step, you will complete a confidential qualification form and competitive survey analysis.
Step 4 – Budget Review
Once you have a solid understanding about your competition and market, it’s time to start crunching the numbers. In this step, you will complete a break-even analysis and 3-year cash flow projections. You will also review the Franchise Disclosure Document.
Step 5 – Franchise Partner Validation
An integral part of the Discovery and Selection process is to learn from our existing Franchise Partners. You will be given the opportunity to have private one-on-one conversations with several Franchise Partners in our system, allowing you to learn firsthand how to operate a successful franchise.
Step 6 – Second Interview
If you meet the candidate requirements and your Franchise Development Manager is satisfied with the work you have completed, you will receive an invitation to attend an upcoming Second Interview Day at the head office in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Step 7 – Territory Reservation
Should you be offered the franchise, you will then need to reserve the territory you are interested in developing. You will execute a Reservation Agreement that reserves the selected territories for three weeks while we complete the necessary paperwork.
Step 8 – Franchise Agreement and Fees Due
Our legal team will draft your franchise agreements for your review. At this time, payment for franchise fees will be due.
