My name is Raymond Griffin, founder of the "The Lost Cajun Restaurant” where we feature southern style Beignets and Gumbo. I am from the little island town of Barataria, Louisiana, just south of New Orleans, Louisiana. I used to own and operate a successful fishing lodge there for 15 years and that's where I learned how to cook authentic Cajun food. My guests kept telling me that the food was so good that I should open a restaurant!
The Lost Cajun was founded in October of 2010 in Frisco, Colorado with my partner Jon Espey. We have grown the Lost Cajun brand to locations in Breckenridge and Edwards, Colorado and have plans to open a new location in Glenn Wood Springs, Colorado in October of this year.
Our customers have been driving our growth with people from all over the country wanting to open a Lost Cajun restaurant in their home town. We believe that it is our unique culture and atmosphere, friendly staff, and of course great consistent food that makes us such a popular destination.
We are looking for partners that love food and people and want to determine their own future by hard work and commitment. Owning a Lost Cajun Franchise is not just about owning a business, it’s a life style!
