Company-owned expansion in the metro-Detroit area is expected in 2014 along with growth from the kick-off of a franchise program.

Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers has garnered national attention since its inception in May of 2012 including a #12 ranking on Fast Casual’s 2013 list of the “Top 100 Movers & Shakers” nationwide.   Freakin’ was also recently named one of the “14 Burger Concepts to Watch in 2014” by BurgerBusiness.com. 

Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers opened its first location in May of 2012 in Flint, Michigan. Michigan based restaurant group Spartan Pastabilities owns the fast-casual gourmet burger concept.  

In November 2012, Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers was named one of the “Top New Burger Joints of 2012” in North America by BurgerBusiness, a national business publication. “We are thrilled about the excitement all of this attention is generating for our concept” Skaggs said, “and the response we are receiving from people who are interested in franchising.”

Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers opened on May 21st, 2012 in Flint, Michigan. The fast-casual gourmet burger concept is the first location for Michigan based restaurant group Spartan Pastabilities, which also owns Harvey’s Grill and Bar & Hayden’s Grill and Bar.

You won’t find hospital-white walls, cold tile or harsh lighting here. We’ve put an extraordinary amount of attention into the design, feel and look of Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers.

Our restaurants feature monochromatic color schemes with intricate tile work, modern industrial signage and unique lighting. This sophisticated and contemporary design compliments the all around relaxing, upscale experience we want our guests to leave with.
