As a SeaMaster Cruises “Personal” Cruise Expert, you will provide a professional, step-by-step approach to coordinating all aspects of your clients' events, starting with a thorough consultation to understand the needs of each client and their available budget. With the knowledge and experience available to you as a SeaMaster Cruises franchisee, you can then put together a proposal tailored to the needs of every client.

What does my franchise fee include?
Your Franchise Fee includes business systems and a technology suite that includes the use of The Travel Franchise Group's proprietary software (CruiseBOSS). Commissions you receive are based on the overall buying power of The Travel Franchise Group whose travel sales exceed $5 Billion. Ongoing training and assistance is provided to all franchisees. Your initial Franchise Fee also includes most of the costs associated with attending SeaMaster Cruises Institute our initial training program, including Air (up to $500.00), hotel and a 7 night cruise.

How long have you been in business?
SeaMaster Cruises is a relatively new brand. We currently have 130 franchise owners across the US. Our parent The Travel Franchise Group (formally Carlson Travel Franchise Group) has been in the travel business since the 1980's. Carlson travel brands include Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Cruise Holidays, Results Travel and SeaMaster Cruises which account for over 1700 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. The Travel Franchise Group's travel sales exceed $5 Billion, many times the size of our closest competitors combined!

Do you share my database with your other brands or anyone else?
Absolutely not. The data base of customers that you develop in your SeaMaster Cruises business is only available to you and to SeaMaster Cruises headquarters for use in our "On Your Behalf" marketing efforts which directs all clients back to you.

Will I have credibility working out of my home?
Well over 25% of all travel is now delivered outside the traditional "bricks and mortar" agencies. As is shown by our 130 franchise owners across the U.S., with SeaMaster Cruises ongoing assistance in the operation and marketing of your business we believe that you will, in fact, have the credibility necessary to build your business.

What kind of income can I expect to generate?
While we can't guarantee what you will make, we believe that if you dedicate time and effort to your business you will be rewarded financially.

Who is responsible to pay for local advertising?
SeaMaster Cruises franchisees place their own local advertising. However, SeaMaster Cruises' corporate office will provide you with great tools like access to "Direct On Demand" marketing, "Electronic Marketing" through an effective email strategy and your own website to help make your marketing easy and most of all cost effective.

What kind of office equipment will I need?
You will be required to have an "up to date" computer, laser printer and fax machine, along with a telephone line dedicated to your business.

What amount should I expect to invest to start my business?
The SeaMaster Cruises franchise fee is $9,500. Your estimated initial investment to open and market your business including the initial franchisee fee, ranges from $9,500 to $16,445.

Which cruise lines can I represent?
SeaMaster Cruises preferred vendors include Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Holland America Line. Additionally, we have agreements with almost every cruise line in the world. Additionally, we have agreements with numerous land and tour suppliers.

How do I get paid for the cruises I book?
SeaMaster Cruises will pay your commissions by direct deposit every two weeks.

What is my next step?
You must submit an application, be approved and sign your Franchise Agreement. You will then be scheduled for the next available SeaMaster Cruises Institute. You may begin selling cruise vacations immediately after completing our mandatory training program.
