Developing GNC retail stores throughout a country requires a substantial investment. Although it varies, typically the initial investment is upwards of $1 million (U.S. dollars).

The initial term is 10 years, after which the agreement may be negotiated for renewal twice for additional five-year terms. Renewal is subject to our approval, current franchise terms and conditions, and renewal fees, which are less than the initial franchise fee.

The royalty fee is currently five percent of your monthly gross sales (on both the Development and Distribution Agreements) and is exclusive of any sales tax and documented refunds.
