Located on world famous Fort Lauderdale Beach, with gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, The Zoo Health Club offers a wide variety of amenities and programs, including Beach X-Training, Universal Kick Boxing, Hard Body Yoga, Group Cycling, weights and cardiovascular center. The Zoo Health Club has two levels: an indoor, air conditioned gym with Group Fitness Classes, free weights, weight and cardio machines, and locker rooms and an open air, outdoor, rooftop weight room and covered aerobic studio, all overlooking the beach. If you want some extra help, just ask one of our Certified Personal Trainers for one-on-one training. Locals get a trial membership with proper identification before purchasing a full membership. For the visitors to Fort Lauderdale Beach, we offer short term memberships, including daily and weekly. Although master franchising agreements will vary in scope and complexity with each individual territory, the economic benefits of being a master franchisee are significant and can ultimately be very lucrative. Some of the more universal and distinctive income-generating benefits of owning a master franchise territoryinclude:

Franchise Fees: Depending upon the agreement, as a master franchisee when you sell or award a franchise in your territory you will receive anywhere from 40% to 50% of the stated franchise fee. Royalty Income: As a master franchisee you will also generally be entitled to receive a percentage of the monthly royalty fee generated by each franchise unit in your territory.
