Pizza Fusion leads a new niche market by combining the pizza and organic industries to offer a unique product offering with one of the most environmentally sustainable approaches to restaurant service and operations. However, none of this would matter if we couldn't serve one of the best pizzas you have ever tasted. From the oval shape of our pizzas to each hand-stamped and signed delivery box, our pies are far from ordinary.
Pizza Fusion was born in February of 2006 out of the (not so) genius minds of Michael Gordon and Vaughan Lazar. Weeks prior to Lazar getting married, the two college mates began brainstorming how they could do something different that would not only spark their creative juices, but start a business that would make a difference in people's lives. After a few meetings and several 'not so genius ideas' later, Pizza Fusion was born. They realized that there was a huge void in the restaurant sector that prevented people from eating out organically. Sure, it was simple to go to the nearest Whole Foods or Wild Oats, but where could you go to eat this type of food on the run or, better yet, have it delivered to your door?
From the oval shape of our gourmet pizzas to each hand-stamped and signed delivery box, our pies are far from ordinary. We use only the freshest, all-natural and organic ingredients, like New York strip steak, wild caught Maine lobster, wild-caught Key West shrimp, prosciutto, Portobello mushrooms, soy cheese and many more. Available in Short (18”x9”) and Long (28”x9”) sizes exclusively on our signature thin crust, we proudly offer a variety of premium specialty pizzas: Surf & Turf, Very Vegan, Pesto & Walnut, Artichoke & Red Peppers, Organic Veggie Medley, Three Cheese & Organic Roasted Garlic and more.
All our pizza crusts, excluding our gluten-free dough, are 100% organic made with the finest certified organic flour and ingredients. We offer a multi-grain “Healthy Crust”, a regular white crust and a gluten-free crust for individuals with Celiac disease. We allow our dough ample time to proof, giving them true flavor and consistency.
Our New York strip steak and Ground Beef from Grateful Harvest is certified organic and free of any hormones, pesticides, antibiotics and insecticides. Grateful Harvest feeds their animals a diet of 100% organic feed and allows them to roam freely in their natural environment.
