Focusing on small communities, we have developed a niche in the industry that allows each store to truly become part of the community, ultimately influencing repeat business.
Ken White had a vision for a restaurant to serve the needs of small town USA. Together Ken and Richard Garland, a business partner, achieved that vision when they founded Papa's Pizza To-Go in January 1986. Papa's Pizza started as a minimal investment in a modular unit on a vacant lot in McCaysville, GA. Success was apparent when customers lined up to purchase the unique pizza.
Ken's retail experience began in TX where his family ran a grocery business. Ken continued to serve the retail industry for fifteen years before starting his ownership of a bakery and three restaurants in Georgia and Tennessee. Richard focused his career as an owner and manufacturer of signs and modular barbecue units.
To accommodate each locations demographics and business market, Papa's Pizza To-Go offers three store concepts.
1. Buy one get one free- offering customers two pizzas for the price of one
2. Single store- offering one pizza, available in 12" or 16"
3. Buffet-all you can eat, all day, every day buffet
Starting a Papa's Pizza To-Go ranges from $138,950 to $386,800 on average.
Royalties
The weekly royalty fee is 5% of net sales.
Financing
Papa's Pizza To-Go does not offer financing directly, but we will assist you with arranging third party financing. Usually, financing can be attained with 30% (cash or collateral) of the total start up costs.
