First Step
Fill out our Request for Information form.
We will send you information on Jazzman's Café including confidential application documents.
One of our Development Executives will contact you concerning next steps.
Return the confidential application documents for our review.

Second Step
Our Development Executive will contact you and review your application documents.
Upon approval of your application documents, schedule a Discovery Day visit to our office in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Discovery Day is an opportunity to review Jazzman's Café, learn about the Retail Brand Group and meet our team.
You will receive a copy of our most current Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).
You should then do some homework and due diligence, such as review the UFOC, call our franchisees for information, and ask questions of your Development Executive.

Step Three
After Discovery Day, if strong mutual interest remains, your Development Executive will conduct a full review of your candidacy prior to presenting you to the Franchise Committee.

Step Four
Upon approval by the Franchising Committee, we will issue you the franchise agreement and riders appropriate to your location and number of restaurants.
The agreements are signed and returned with the franchise fee.

Step Five
The store opening process begins once your franchise agreement is fully executed.
We will assist you with real estate site selection and development of your business plan.
Our operations team will begin the Get Ready Plan to get you on the way to opening your new restaurant.

As a franchisee, you will receive the following start-up and ongoing support commitment from the Retail Brand Group.

Real Estate: After you become a franchisee, we will introduce you to our national broker network to assist you in finding and securing your location as quickly and as easily as possible. One of our team members will also assist and guide you through the site selection process with a visit to your market to review and accept your site.

Construction and Build-out: Our in-house experts will work with you to determine the best fit for your location and market demographics. These professionals will assist you during your entire construction process from architects, to contractors, to final punch list.

Training: You will work with a certified trainer from start to finish! We offer three weeks of training that includes both classroom and hands-on instruction, as well as 2 weeks of on-site support to make sure your opening is a success. Our focus is on operations, guest service, marketing and financial management.

Start up: You will be assigned a Retail Business Manager from the Retail Brand Group team that will help you through our comprehensive Get Ready Plan . This step-by-step plan will guide you through set-up and implementation.

Operations: Your Retail Business Manager will be available from the beginning to guide you through your business plan, get ready plan, and opening. They will also provide ongoing support with your day-to-day operational needs long after your Grand Opening.

System and Controls: Jazzman's offers online manuals, mystery guest shopper programs, quality assurance walk-thru's, a recipe database and costing template, suggested retail pricing and model labor schedules. Systems and controls are continually updated to meet the changing needs of franchisees and the marketplace.

Marketing and Promotions: As a Jazzman's franchisee, you will receive quarterly promotions. Promotions include recipes, procedures, point of sale materials, banners, handouts and other merchandising aids. Merchandising options are also available from our online retail store. Our marketing staff and your Retail Business Manager will assist you in your local store marketing needs.
