Parizza in Paris is a trade fair for pizza, pasta and Italian cuisine. At the fair visitors have the opportunity to inquire about the latest innovations and trends from the pizza, pasta, snacks and Italian cuisine. The Parizza has its focus primarily to introduce new recipes and ingredients for traditional dishes. Besides the exhibition, there are numerous cooking demonstrations and a conference with interesting presentations.
