EVSE : The global stage for innovation of charging tech
EVSE is the world's gathering place for all those who thrive on the charging technology and equipment for electric vehicles. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies and played an important role in helping promote charging service national wide in China. China International Electric Vehicle Supply Equipments Fair (EVSE) will be held in Shanghai (in August).
NEVs are gaining popularity in China, the world's largest auto market. The country produced and sold 607,000 and 601,000 new energy vehicles through August, an increase of 75.4 and 88 percent year-on-year. The country's stock of NEVs reached over 2.4 million, about half of the world's total.
Also, China has built more than 641,000 charging piles for electric vehicles, by the end of August. While the country has seen rapid growth in newly built charging piles, the supply of such facilities still lags behind demand.
