21 - 23 March 2019 | International Sweets, Desserts and Bakery Exhibition

 

At the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, 150 exhibitors from 20 countries present the entire diversity of the world of bakery products and sweets. In addition to a presentation of the finished products, the procedure of preparing the dishes is also explained.

Therefore, the latest bakery equipment, the corresponding baking machines and cooling technologies are also included in the exhibition range. A special highlight of the event is an internal competition. Participants have the opportunity to demonstrate their talent in terms of baking bread or the preparation of desserts.

The best creation will be awarded. Visitors also have the opportunity to visit two events taking place at the same time in the same exhibition centre: the Gelato World Tour, where the best ice champion is chosen, and Cafe Asia, an exhibition on the subject of coffee and tea. The Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre is Singapore’s newest and largest exhibition centre. It is strategically located in the middle of the business district.
