In August 2004, Mr Paolo C. Bernabe, a second generation restaurateur From Bacolod City offered to the public the legendary masal from his hometown by opening the first “Bacolod Chk-n-Bbq House” at Che 5lh level of Robinsons Metro East, Marcos Highway, Pasig City. The original recipes were passed on from his parents who where one of the first to introduce Chicken Inasal in Metro Manila when they opened their first branch in 1985 at Sucat Paranaque.
Chicken inasal is a delicious dish of chicken parts marinated in local herbs and spices, skewered on bamboo sticks then grilled TO juicy perfection.
