Our Support

The Ba Sheng Zai Huo Guo System

You will be awarded a license to use Ba Sheng Zai Huo Guo intellectual property including name, trademarks, proprietary information, operation systems, training procedures, and other aspects of our unique License system. They represent our commitment and dedication to meet the highest standard of excellence in dining presentation and running your business. 

Site Selection

Identifying the appropriate location is our top priority. We will provide you with guidelines for choosing your site, and will perform evaluations before approving your location. 

Training

Training will be held at one of our chosen outlets. The training covers the important aspect of owning and operating a Ba Sheng Zai Huo Guo License and includes administrative, operational and marketing. Just prior to and immediately following your restaurant’s opening, we will provide an on‐site training for you. 

Marketing Support

We will coordinate the development of advertising materials and strategies to benefit the Ba Sheng Zai Huo Guo Licensees as well as the entire License system and business as a whole. You will have access to marketing plans and materials for advertising at the local level and also how to promote your business and attract customers.

Support Program

Ongoing support includes unit operations and maintenance, POS training, customer service techniques, food ordering, administrative procedures and much more. The lines of communication will remain open – we are just a phone call or an e‐mail away as we believe in a two‐way communication with our Licensees.
