Filipino are rice-loving people. No great dish will be complete without rice. And since both Filipino and Chinese dishes are usually paired with rice, our team decided to go for the concept of Filipino-Chinese fusion, hence the name, Boy (a term which refers to a young Filipino male) and Chinoy (the popular label for half- Filipino and half-Chinese individuals).
We at Boy Chinoy, aim to offer the best of Pinoy and Chinese comfort food combined over steaming hot fried rice. One of our specialties being our steamed siomai or sharkfin dimsum paired with ice cold Chinese black gulaman.
